If you are using a USB-serial adapter and having trouble communicating with a SkyeTek module via the High Power Interface Board, it may be that your USB-serial adapter is residing on a COM port other than 1-9.
SkyeWare4 will only detect COM ports 1-9. In Windows, you should be able to manually set the COM port of your Virtual COM Ports in the device manager. If the virtual port for the USB-serial adapter is on anything other than 1-9, change it to a port between 1 and 9.
